Mornings begin with the sound of the ocean and the promise of another unhurried day. Enjoy breakfast on your balcony or patio, walk down to Agnes Water Beach and return from your adventures to a spacious apartment where everyone has room to relax.

The Balinese-inspired Beach Homes are surrounded by tropical gardens within a secluded, gated section of the resort. Available in One, Two or Three Bedroom configurations, they feature open-plan living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, air-conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi and private outdoor entertaining spaces with a barbecue. Guests also have access to the Beach Homes’ tropical swimming pool and heated spa.

Only the bedrooms included within your selected booking will be made available, allowing couples, families and groups to enjoy the same spacious apartment at a rate suited to the number of bedrooms required.

Ideal for couples, featuring a king bedroom with a private ensuite.

2 or 3 Bedroom Beach Home

Well suited to families and groups, with a king master bedroom and ensuite, additional king and single bedding, and a second bathroom. Bedding arrangements vary between apartments, and alternative configurations may be available by prior arrangement. Charges may apply.

Your Arrival Essentials

A complimentary starter supply of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, dishwashing liquid, laundry liquid and bathroom toiletries is provided for your arrival. As the apartments are self-contained, these supplies are not replenished during your stay. Additional items can be purchased from Reception or from the local Foodworks or IGA supermarkets.

Apartment Requests

Our apartments are individually owned and each has its own furnishings, décor and layout. Website photographs provide a guide to the style of accommodation and may not represent the exact apartment allocated for your stay.

You are welcome to request a preferred apartment or location when booking. We will always do our best to accommodate requests; however, individual apartments cannot be guaranteed and may occasionally be withdrawn from the letting pool without notice.

Accessibility and Specific Requirements

Some apartments offer features such as ground-floor access, nearby parking, walk-in showers, baths or wheelchair accessibility. Guests travelling with an assistance animal or requiring particular accessibility features should contact our Reservations Team before booking so we can recommend the most suitable accommodation.

Air-Conditioning

All accommodation at Sandcastles 1770 Motel & Resort includes heating and cooling, with the exception of Beach Home 17. This apartment is fitted with portable air conditioners in the bedrooms and ceiling fans throughout the main living areas. Should your booking be allocated to Beach Home 17, or if an air-conditioned apartment is unavailable for your preferred dates, our Reservations Team will contact you before confirming your reservation.
